Detroit, MI- The main event for the second Warrior Wednesday will be a 155 clash between Chris ‘Brezzy and the Future’ Brown (3-1) vs Mike Kuehne (6-2). This fight will also serve as the WXC debut for both fighters. Originally slated as the co-main event, it has been bumped up to the main event due to injury. That injury was with the previous main event, a 170 title fight between Willis Black vs Tony Murphy. That fight has been cancelled.
Chris Brown comes out of the famous Jackson/Wink gym in New Mexico. Brown started his pro MMA career in 2017 after fighting as an amateur for four years prior. He won his pro debut by submission in December of 2017 and has gone (3-1) while currently riding a two fight winning streak. He looks to continue his momentum into the WXC steel on March 27th. Of his three victories, two are by decision.
The other half of the main event is Mike Kuehne out of Montana, where he is one of the top fighters in the state. Kuehne started as a pro in 2015. Kuehne is also riding a winning streak, having won five in a row. This comes after starting his career at (1-2). He has not fought since March of last year so he has been itching to get back in action. That last win was for a belt for Beatdown 21. Kuehne has won all over the country and now looks to add a win in Michigan to his resume.
