Theuer vs Alfaro in a 135 match is added to WXC 72

Detroit,MI- A 135 lbs. bout between Manny Alfaro (3-2) and Pancho Theuer has been added to WXC 72: Inferno on Friday June 15th. Both fights have recently made their returns to MMA recently with WXC but have yet in to win inside the WXC steel. Plus with the these two fighters being healthy and competing at their natural weight class, expect a high-flying match to take place at the Southgate Civic center in Southgate, MI.

After being away from MMA since October of 2016, Pancho made his return to MMA at WXC 71 in February of this year. Theuer faced Damon Wilson in that bout and despite hanging tough, wasn’t able to get a win. Looking at Theuer, he starting fighting in 2013 as an amateur. After a very impressive amateur run, which he only lost once during that time, he turned pro in 2015. He won his first two pro bouts by finish, with one knockout and submission each. He then lost his next two fights before his time away from MMA. Now that he has returned to MMA, Pancho is ready to get back in the win column again.

Manny Alfaro is coming out of Michigan Top Team and most recently fought at WXC 70. Before WXC 70, he had not fought since February of 2015. In his last fight he took on WXC veteran Drew Morais. Even though he went toe to toe with one of the best in Michigan, he fell short in that fight by decision. Much like his opponent, now that he is healed and competing again a win is what Alfaro wants at WXC 72. Of his three pro wins, two have come by way of knockout.
