Detroit, MI- Pancho Theuer (2-2) Vs Mitchell Tucker (2-0) will be contested at 135 lbs. for WXC 71 on February 17th. This will be Tucker’s first fight since WXC 69 back in July of last year. Theuer will be making his WXC debut and this will be his first pro MMA bout since September of 2016.
Looking at Theuer, he starting fighting in 2013 as an amateur. After a very impressive amateur run, which he only lost one fight during, he turned pro in 2015. He won his first two pro bouts by finish, with one knockout and submission each. He then lost his two fights before having some time away from MMA. After healing up and getting back to training regularly, Pancho is ready to compete again.
His opponent in Mitchell Tucker is no stranger to the WXC steel. He has competed as both a amateur and professional for Warrior Xtreme. His last outing at WXC 69 saw him get his second pro win. That win came over former WXC amateur champion Mike Johnson. So far Tucker has not only won both his fights by knockout but has been doing it quickly. Both bouts have not made it out of the first round. With him having a lot success in his first year as a pro, the SFS product looks to continue that into 2018.
