Abdullah vs Pitolo slated for WXC 74 at 185

Detroit, MI- A high stakes 185 lbs. bout has been added to WXC 74: Allegiance. WXC new comer Maki Pitolo (10-4) faces off with Muhammad Abdullah (10-4) on November 9th, 2018.

Hawaiian fighter Maki ‘Coconut Bombz’ Pitolo has been fighting professionally since 2013. He has formally competed at 170 lbs. but is moving up to test the waters at 185. Pitolo has not fought since October of last year in what was a win by knockout. Pitolo has been itching to get back into the cage since notching his 10th win and will have a big chance to prove himself as a top 185 fighter in the Mid-West with a win in this match. Of his 10 pro victories, five have come by knockout with two by submission.

‘The Hurricance’ Muhammad Abdullah returns to the WXC after fighting for the WXC 185 title in his last fight at WXC 71. Even though he didn’t win the title that night against Dequan Townsend, he proved he has some major power and excellent grappling skills. Abdullah did pick up a win after that in April of his year to get his 10th pro win. With another win, he could find himself right back in the cage with Townsend for the WXC title once again. The Ohio resident has won three of his 10 victories by knockout.
