Detroit, MI- Mickey ‘Madman’ Marsack (4-4) vs Travis Karppinen (1-0) will take place on the April 24th Warrior Wednesday. This bout will take place at 155 lbs. This bout will also serve as the pro WXC debut for both fighters.
Mickey Marsack has been fighting since 2012 as an amateur. He turned pro in June of 2016. He last fought in September of last year and that fight did not go his way. He is looking to start off 2019 with a win. Win or lose, the ‘Madman’ always brings it inside the cage as he has never seen the judges score cards. All four of his wins are by submission so look for Marsack to go for the finish once again on April 24th.
Travis Karppinen fought 30 times as an amateur before finally turning pro this year in March. He went 25-5 as an amateur and in his pro debut he was able to win by heel hook submission in the very first round. He is ready for the short turn around and to keep the momentum going for Warrior Wednesday.
